1. What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with the purchase and your dogs wagging their tails. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for exchange or refund. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at returns@woofslife.com with your order number for detailed instructions. We may ask you to cite your reason for dissatisfaction, so that we know how to do better next time!
2. What are your accepted payment methods?
Currently we accept both Visa and MasterCard. Our online shopping cart is also integrated with Google Checkout in order to provide simple and secured service to our customers.
3. What is your sales tax rate?
Since we are located in the sunny city of San Diego, all orders being shipped to California will be charged with an 8.75% sales tax.
4. How long will it take to process my order?
All orders will be processed on the same day that they are received. If the product is in stock, the order will ship on the same day as well.
5. How long does shipping take?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your purchases. For regular shipping, we use first class mail, it may take 1-5 business days depending on how far you are from us (we're in San Diego). For priority shipping, we use USPS priority mail and it may take 1-3 business days. For next day shipping, we use USPS express mail. If you order before 12pm (noon) Pacific Time, your next day order will arrive the next day.
6. What if I want to cancel my order?
Since most orders are processed and shipped on the same day as they are received, there may not be time for a customer to cancel their order. Contact us as soon as possible using this form or email us at customerservice@woofslife.com if you've changed your mind. If we have shipped your purchase already and you don't like them, you can still return the items upon receiving them.
7. Can I pick up my order at your store?
Our store is focused on online orders only. But no worries! If you like to touch and feel our products, we do have retailers, animal shelters, rescue organizations that sell them. Your purchase from these charitable organizations will bring even more benefits to the community, so we highly recommend that! If you find a place that is pro animal adoption but doesn't carry our product, tell them about our cause! You can also contact us using this form so we can tell them you've recommended us.
8. How will my purchase go towards helping the canine community?
The Woof's Life brand is all about inviting people from different walks of life to share with us the many joys and lessons that their canine buddies have brought them. We are a tribe, banded together by a love of dogs and a passion for life. It is our duty to stand united in the quest to bring love and care to each and every pup out there, not just the ones in our homes. In addition to helping doggies in need, we also like to reach out to our fellow humans and encourage happy, healthy lifestyles. Hence, our cooperation with the PWI, a non-profit agency that helps provide job opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. It is with their assistance that DoggieBandanas and DoggiePatches come assembled in the cool packaging that they do!
9. What kind of materials are these products made from? Are they safe for my pets?
All DoggieBandanas are made from a mixture of cotton and polyester, while all DoggiePatches are made from polyester. These materials are listed on all the individual product information pages, as well as on our main website, which you can access here: Fabric Content. Our products are 100% pet friendly and human friendly. We guarantee that they won't cause any harm to your precious pups.
10. What if I can't find a patch that matches my dog?
Although our DoggiePatches may not yet cover the whole spectrum of quirky things that make each dog unique, we are sure that there is something that fits your special pup! The patches are basically split into four different categories representing four aspects of life. You can read more about it here: DoggiePatches categories.
If you don't see a patch for a particular trait that your dog has, don't sweat it! Just suggest it!
11. What if the bandanas are too small/big and can't fit my dog?
No worries! We know that love comes in all different shapes and sizes, just like your furry friends do too! Hence we have designed several sizes of DoggieBandanas to cater to the plump, the petite, and everything in between. 12. I've bought some patches for a new bandana, how do I attach them?
It's super easy! All of our DoggiePatches can be adhered to the DoggieBandana using a simple iron-on procedure. Instructions and tips on how and where best to attach the patches can be found in each product information page, as well as on our main website, which you can access here: How to Wear. Instructions for this process are also included in the product packaging.
13. I've attached my new patches, now how do I make sure they stay on?
Our DoggiePatches are engineered to stay on for even the most active of doggies. However, there are ways to make sure that they, along with the DoggieBandana, stay in tip-top shape for your pretty pooch!
